A new architectural project for a residential building

The intervention joined this building with two other adjacent buildings and respective public areas.  A common garden and parking were likewise implemented.

A new single-family residential building was created in a contemporary language.

This residential building was created to replace the two-floor building previously existing in the public area.  The existing wall and facade were preserved and restored.
