MIXARQ Studio opened in 2006 and has since been providing services in the fields of Architecture, Building Preservation and Rehabilitation, Urbanism, Furniture and Interior Design.
Regarding Building Rehabilitation, it takes part in every stage of the process: from Research and Reports about the construction work in cultural inheritance, Surveying, Pathology Detection and Diagnosis, Architecture Projects, Specialties and technical follow-up until the actual construction work.
Its services also include Furniture and Interior Design, where the main concerns are quality and innovation.
In 2012 the MixApartments concept was born, which materialized in the rehabilitation of several buildings by Mixarq Studio — all fully equipped and registered as Local Housing for temporary renting.
In accordance with its core philosophy, MIXARQ aims at providing complete and adequate solutions to each situation, therefore delivering unique and innovative products for each project.
