A total Rehabilitation Project of a residential building

Project consisted of rehabilitating a residential building located at Avenida Dom Carlos I, 88 – 90 – 92, in the Historic Residential District of Lisbon.

Its existing use and typology were maintained: 4 dwellings and a commercial space, for eating establishments.

This art deco building was built in 1932, holding 4 floors and an attic.

The building went through a complete rehabilitation, both inside and out, conserving all its architectural and construction elements that were considered to hold cultural and architectural value.
