The neoclassic inspired facades are covered in geometric patterned tiles

Partial rehabilitation project introducing new construction

This building, dated most likely from late 19th century to early 20th century, was a single-family dwelling. The neoclassic inspired facades are covered in geometric patterned tiles.

Restoration of motives and paintings from inside the building.

The intervention joined this building with two other adjacent buildings and respective public areas. A common garden and parking were likewise implemented.

This intervention implied the total rehabilitation of the building for residential purposes, both inside and out. Accordingly, we proceeded to the restoration of motives and paintings from inside the building. Three dwellings were created.
