Mixapartments were conceptualized to make rehabilitated residential buildings profitable by renting them temporarily as local housing. The apartments are furnished and fully equipped, providing tenants with comfort and quality.
In the case of Dom Carlos 90 Building there was conservation and rehabilitation work done in the entire building between 2009 and 2010.
