In 2012 Mixarq created MIXAPARTMENTS, providing this company with a new area of expertise.

Mixapartments were conceptualized to make rehabilitated residential buildings profitable by renting them temporarily as local housing. The apartments are furnished and fully equipped, providing tenants with comfort and quality.

In the case of Dom Carlos 90 Building there was conservation and rehabilitation work done in the entire building between 2009 and 2010.

The 4 two-bedroom apartments of approximately 90 m2 were totally decorated, furnished and equipped by Mixarq team, and are now being marketed for temporary renting as local housing.

Located at Avenida Dom Carlos I, by the old Madragoa Neighbourhood, in an area of historic heritage: Chafariz da Esperança (Spout of Hope), Convento das Bernardas (Bernardas Convent) and the Portuguese Assembly of the Republic.
